Opened the cupboard this morning to put away the cups, and one fell out and (thank God) landed in the cats' water bowl. Otherwise it would have smashed. And Homer has also spilled coffee on the carpet in the family room.

Got my eyes tested yesterday. Now have to wait 2 weeks for my new glasses. They've got a special deal at the moment. Buy one pair ( Read more... )

Thought I'd do the re-edit first. Just found another character whose name I needed to change so as not to confuse him with the "fictional " version. As much as I don't like Homer's pastor, and I think he could be a nonce, he didn't turn serial killer like Roger Arrowsmith did.
